Who are we?
We’re an established group of like-minded, experienced property professionals. We like to think we work a little differently from the usual estate agent modus operandi. Our independently owned status frees us from onerous managers’ meetings, scripted sales pitches and unrelated cross-selling and allows us to focus on what we believe is important – giving you the best advice for the situation you’re currently in.
We sell and let property in Stroud, Nailsworth and the surrounding areas. Collectively, we have nearly 200 years property experience, with the majority of that time spent working in the areas that we currently cover. We all live in the area too, and most of us have deeply embedded links with the local community.
This means that we’ve had many years to build relationships with buyers, sellers and other property professionals in the South Gloucestershire area – and we’d like to use that experience and expertise to help guide you through what can sometimes be a stressful, emotional experience.
The fact that we have a large number of repeat customers is testament to the personal service that we offer to our clients. We have sold and let all kinds of property – from one bedroom flats to Cotswold mansions and everything in between.
So here we are, at your service – whether you are selling up and moving on to pastures new, staying local, buying a forever home or simply renting a stop-gap place to lay your head. We’re here to help, and we are proud to operate in this unique and beautiful part of the world which we call home.
